What's the Latest at LINX

In your travels around town you may have spied the brand-new LINX building recently completed over at 490 Arsenal Way, surrounded by green space and just steps from the bike path. Developed by Boston-based Boylston Properties, LINX was built to provide state-of-the-art, collaborative, adaptable workspace in this dynamic and growing area of Watertown’s East End.

Designed by Spagnola Gisness & Associates, the two-story building includes numerous amenities highlighted by an acre of outdoor green and recreation space, a 33’ high lobby area with a café, numerous seating options, bike storage for 78 bicycles, and a high-end shower and locker facility. “(We’ve worked) to create the kind of space that young and creative companies and their employees want,” says Bill McQuillan, Boylston Properties President. “There’s been a high level of interest from companies that see this area as a logical extension of Cambridge and Boston innovation neighborhoods.”
