Watertown Coffee Shops

One thing you can always count on in Watertown: life is fast-paced, and never dull – which is why we’re extra grateful for the excellent coffee destinations we have around town to keep us fueled and on our game. Here are a few of our favorites:

  • While it has expanded into a full-service café offering breakfast and lunch, Uncommon Grounds proudly stays true to its roots as a coffee shop and takes its java seriously. The brewed coffee selection includes five varieties every day, along with freshly ground espresso drinks; and they pour an impressive array of specialty lattes as well. The Cinnamon Bun latte is our guilty pleasure these days, brewed with cinnamon and caramel syrup.

  • Keffi’s Kitchen and Coffee at 142 Main Street is our go-to destination for a fast, fresh, and delicious cup. The coffee menu sticks to the basics, and delivers every time, pouring a solid selection of brewed coffee and espresso drinks.

  • Tucked away at 205 Arlington Street, the Danish Pastry House is one of our favorite Watertown finds, serving a killer combination of delectable Danish baked goods and Counter Culture Coffee - yeah, we don’t exactly share with our trainer how many times we’re here each week.

  • Superstar local chef Ana Sortun has been brewing some of the best coffee in town at Sofra Café since she opened back in 2008. Consistent with the café’s Middle Eastern sensibility, Sortun’s beverage menu features Turkish coffee, sesame caramel lattes, and mochas scented with cinnamon. Plus there are those amazing pastries …
